Gateway West Industrial Centre is a 70 acre development in Wright, Cit, Missouri, population 1,532. Located on the I-70 south service road, it is easily accessible from either the Foristell or Wright City interchange, 40 miles west of the St. Louis International Airport.

Gateway is owned and developed by Cuivre River Electric Service Company (CRESCO), a subsidiary of Cuivre River Electric Cooperative (CREC).

The largest of Missouri's electric distribution cooperatives, CREC serves more than 50,000 residential, commercial and industrial member-customers in Warren, St. Charles, Lincoln and Pike Counties.

Electric, municipal water and sewer services, telephone and natural gas are at each site, with rail service nearby. Fully developed pad-ready sites range in size from 2.5 to 10 acres.

Gateway West is located near two major electric substations supplied by 161kV transmission lines. Three-phase underground electrical service is available throughout the development.
